WARRANTY FOR INDOOR RESIDENTIAL USE

- The original buyer of a Trica product has a 10-year limited warranty covering any metal structure defects or any defects in fabrication resulting from human error.

- Swivel Plates are covered under a 10-year warranty for any fabrication defects.

- External features, fabric coverings and seams are covered under a 1-year limited warranty for any fabrication defects.

- The normal wear and tear of the components mentioned above and paint finishes are not covered under this warranty.

- Trica's responsibility will be the replacement of defective components/parts that are under warranty.

- In order to benefit from Trica's Warranty, the customer/distributor must provide proof of purchase where the purchase date and the description of the product are clearly identifiable.

- At not ime will Trica be held responsble for labor and/or transportation costs between the distributor and his customer, such costs resulting from a service request.

- This warranty is limited in that it does not cover any article not specifically mentioned.  Escept where stated by law, Trica will not be held liable for any instances of incidental, consequential or special damages.

- The commercial use of Trica products cancels the above-mentioned warranty for residential use, except in the case of addition of a commercial warranty as stated below.

WARRANTY FOR RESIDENTIAL USE :
- The original buyer of a Trica product has a 10-year limited warranty covering any metal structure defects
or any defects in fabrication resulting from human error.
- The swivel plates are covered under a 10-year limited warranty for any fabrication defects.
- External features and seams are covered under a 1-year limited warranty for any
fabrication defects. We warranty our fabrics for one (1) year against tearing, discoloration or fading.
- The finish warranty lasts for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase and it applies if the finish peels, cracks or blisters. Please note that hand-applied finishes are unique, therefore, fading and wearing of these finishes are not covered in this warranty.
- Trica’s responsibility will be the replacement of defective components/parts that are under warranty.
- In order to benefit from Trica’s warranty, the retailer/customer must supply a proof of purchase where the purchase date and the description of the product are clearly identifiable.
- At no time will Trica be held responsible for labor and/or transportation costs between the retailer and his customer, such costs resulting from a service request.

What is not covered:
- Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use.
- Failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care and maintenance.
- Normal fading and stretching of fabrics or upholstery materials.
- Acts of Nature
- Chipping, fading, exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents, abuse, freeze damage or wind damage.
- Bursting or cracking of tubing due to exposure to water and freezing temperatures.
- COM (customer’s own material).
- Permanent stains caused by lotions, oils or other substances.
- This warranty is limited in that it does not cover any article not specifically mentioned. Except where
stated by law, Trica will not be held liable for any instances of incidental, consequential or special
damages.
- The commercial use of Trica products cancels the above-mentioned warranty for residential use.

WARRANTY FOR COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL USE:

- The metal structure is covered by a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects.

- The warranty includes heavier gauge steel, commercial swivels, thicker seat boards, and heavy-duty cushion.
