Returns Policy

All custom-ordered furniture is made specifically for you and is not cancellable or returnable.  We do allow 72 hours from the date of purchase for any changes or cancellations.  Please email us immediately if you need to change or cancel. 

Shipping

We can ship most anything purchased online to virtually any address in the United States and Canada.  When your order is shipped we will email you the details of your order including the tracking number.  Please note that most shipments are more than one package and may include multiple tracking numbers.  Due to routing and sorting by carriers you may receive one package at a time one or two days apart.  This is normal, especially with larger items. 

Damaged and Wrong Furniture

Occasionally items are damaged due to shipping and human error may result in the wrong furniture being manufacturered.  When you receive your shipment, inspect the box for damages and make a note with the delivery person.  Packaging carried by UPS and Fed Ex is specifically designed for their handling methods, and many times the furniture inside the box is perfectly fine. 

If there is damage to your furniture once unpacked, immediately fill out a claims form and take digital pictures of the damages.  All damage claims should include no less than 3 pictures: 1 with the entire piece of furniture in view, and 2 closeups of the damage from different angles.  Please note we may request additional photos for clarification.  Once we receive your claim, we will process it and have a replacement part sent to you free of charge.  Please note that making an new piece and shipping can take time.

If your furniture is wrong, please fill out a claim form immediately and email pictures.  We will process the claim and have the manufacturer send the correct furniture.  We will also provide a call-tag for return shipment. 

Please note that fabrics and metal finishes on your computer will look different in person.  We make the best effort to profide accurate images and descriptions to help prevent this.  However, colors will vary from screen to screen.  Color variations from computer to real life are NOT considered defects.
