Furniture purchased online may have more than one delivery option depending on your area.  Here is a breakdown on options.

UPS Ground (Free)

Available only within the Continental United States*, your furniture will ship UPS directly from the factory to your home.  All furniture shipped UPS requires minor assembly, but It is also the quickest method. 

*It is possible to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.   However, these states must be air-freighted, and an extra charge will apply.  Please contact us for freight prices in these states.

Store Pickup (Free)

Available only to those within driving distance of our store in Ocala or our Warehouse in Winter Haven.  Your furniture will be unpacked, inspected, and assembled free of charge.  This method ships common carrier to the warehouse then is assembled and moved to the store (if applicable). Since it ships common carrier, no tracking numbers can be provided.   Takes an extra 2 to 3 weeks.

In Home Delivery ($ Varies)

Available within driving distance of our Warehouse or Ocala store.  Your furniture ships common carrier to our Warehouse.  Once received, we will call and schedule delivery.  Delivery is done weekdays based on geographical area.  Your furniture is unpacked, assembled, blanket wrapped and delivered to your home where we will bring it inside and place it in the location of your choice.  We cannot haul away old furniture or move existing furniture.  If you live in Florida, but are not in the default delivery area, please feel free to contact us to arrange for delivery to your home (additional charges apply).  Takes an extra 2 to 3 weeks.

-Polk County (includes Winter Haven, Lakeland, Auburndale, Haines City, etc.)

-Lake County

-Orange County (includes all Orlando Metro Areas)

-Osceola County (includes Kissimmee and surrounding areas)

-Sumter County (includes The Villages and surrounding areas)

-Citrus County

-Marion County (Ocala and surrounding areas)
